Returns & Refunds Policy

At ORAA, every product is thoughtfully crafted in small batches with care. We want you to feel confident exploring our haircare rituals and enjoying your experience with us.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unopened and unused

• In their original packaging

• In resalable condition

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please contact us before sending any products back so we can provide return instructions.

Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used shampoo bars, conditioner bars, pre-wash oils, or serums for a change of mind or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and photographs when available.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

This reporting guideline does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect products, ORAA will cover the cost of an approved return or replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
